I just recently moved from Edgewater Court Apartments. Not only did they enter my home when I wasn't there, they want to charge me an additional month of rent because the leasing agent didn't write down my 30 day notice I was moving. I even wrote them a letter stating I was moving. Maybe if they had a proper mail box I wouldn't have had to slide it between the front door. I would NOT recommend living there.
