The grounds are in pretty bad shape (barely any grass, and lot of dirt) , and the lighting at night in the parking lots are terrible. The staff has come to fix problems quickly when I've had them. However, like a previous review, when I found mold growing, they just painted over it. There was even mold on the carpet and they said I should just vacuum it and did nothing more. The laundry rooms are dirty, and I've had so many problems with the machines not working correctly that I just started going to a laundromat several miles away. Not having a lot of spare cash, it was comparable price wise to other apartments in the area. It was not the best place, but was a bearable place to live to be in nice area of stl.
