The day I signed my lease two years ago is the day the management changed. The difference was immediately apparent. When I toured under the old management the manager and staff were unprofessional crude and I questioned my decision. The first weekend I moved in, in the middle of the night a fixture broke on my upstairs toilet. I thought well here we go...now I will find out all I need to know will they care will they come and fix this how long will it take, all the concerns I had from reading the these reviews on the Internet and dealing with the less than professional OLD management team. I called and in less than 1 hour there was a maintenance person here to fix my toilet. I had some other minor concerns and they were scheduled repaired that very week. ANY time I have had to call for a repair or assistance they respond quickly and are always So nice. The Manager and her team are professional and very nice.
As far as noise... WHAT noise'' The construction is complete and the place looks wonderful and very kept up. This is a lovely quiet complex with neighbors who are respectful of each other. I have never had a problem .... I have young adults on one side and young college students on the other and I HAVE never heard anything that has caused me concern... apartment to apartment noise is almost non existent...and I sit on my patio everyday weather permitting and have never been offended by loud music or noise...
This is a large dog acceptable complex and for those of us who love our dogs we can't thank them enough for providing us the right to have our pets... Dog lovers are encouraged to join this community.... and Yes people pick up after their pets...
Parking.. this is not a big concern... we accommodate each other by not having our visitors park in spots all night or park along the streets so those who live here have parking... it does happen rarely that you have to park across the street or around the corner.. but none is a far walk on the Rare occasions this happens...
This is a multi-cultural complex which is refreshing.
The grounds have lovely amenities with multiple swimming pools both indoors and out and kept up grounds...tennis courts, volley ball and playground. To walking path around the small lake is relaxing there is a nice gym and the club house is also available which is So lovely... some apartments/townhouses have washer/dryer hookups and others they have provided in complex laundry mats.
I feel safe here...I have came and gone at all hours of the day and throughout the night and have never felt unsafe the grounds are well lighted.
My utility bills are very reasonable, I am not a fan of the newly implemented water and sewer bill, I feel we pay a high enough rent this should have been continued to be an amenity. I am hoping the Cooperate office rethinks that Bad decision.
If you are wanting to live in the Creve Coeur area and want the most for your money then Edgewarter Court is the complex for you.

I honestly hope that the complex has changed for the best, however I lived in this complex a year and a half ago and there were numerous problems, which was why I moved. I work close to the complex and still see construction going on when I drive by to this day. I still urge all potential residents to make sure you know what you are getting into. Use the community resources available such as the Creve Coeur police department and ASK QUESTIONS! Believe me, the police are very well informed about this complex and can let anyone know about the frequency and types of calls they receive. Drive through the complex at night on the week-end before you make a decision to live there so you can check out potential noise and parking issues. Be wary of any blog that talks so fondly of the complex as employees can leave positive ratings on this site. Use common sense!
