Nice Place !! - Having read some old reviews I was quite apprehensive while moving in. However, I am glad I chose this place. Horrible Staff... Please don't Rent I stayed this apartment for 6 months. I break the lease , as per lease aggrement I suppose to $2900, but with some hidden rules they are asking me pay $5000.
I file the complaint against them. Update u once I get justice.

The last review was totally bogus! Obviously someone from their office submitted the last review. No details. They are trying to get their recommended percentage up before the busy season. It should be at 20% where it was before the last few reviews.

Happy Resident I have lived here for a while and have had many positive experiences here. The maintenance has been responsive, the grounds are beautiful, and the rent is reasonable for this area. Many of my neighbors feel the same way. I would not hesitate to refer someone to live here.

There's a nice walking path around a sizable lake. Creve Coeur is a great place to live. Just stay away from Olive between 4 and 6pm!

Great Place!!!! I am a current resident going on my 3rd year. Other than a the ususal complaints, like parking (it is definitely 1st come 1st serve!!! LOL) I do not have any complaints. The ac/heating unit is SUPER LOUD but after a few months you will get used to it. I have never had an issue
