Happy Resident I have lived here for a while and have had many positive experiences here. The maintenance has been responsive, the grounds are beautiful, and the rent is reasonable for this area. Many of my neighbors feel the same way. I would not hesitate to refer someone to live here.

Nice, but....... I hear the above neighbors walking around and doing normal activities day and night!
There's a nice walking path around a sizable lake. Creve Coeur is a great place to live. Just stay away from Olive between 4 and 6pm!

Great Place!!!! I am a current resident going on my 3rd year. Other than a the ususal complaints, like parking (it is definitely 1st come 1st serve!!! LOL) I do not have any complaints. The ac/heating unit is SUPER LOUD but after a few months you will get used to it. I have never had an issue

Do Not rent here - Camden Cross Creek We have been living here for a while - 4 years and the management keeps increasing the rent with every lease term.
They impose cable on you when you do not need.
I am totally unhappy with the staff in the leasing office.

I just recently moved from Edgewater Court Apartments. Not only did they enter my home when I wasn't there, they want to charge me an additional month of rent because the leasing agent didn't write down my 30 day notice I was moving. I even wrote them a letter stating I was moving.

TV choice is no longer available - You are forced to pay for charter cable tv I am resident of camden cross for one year. I have satelite TV. My lease is due for renewal Camden apartment forced us to Pay for Charter Cable TV otherwise we have to vacate apartments.
