Q: Is edgewater Court a horrbile place to live?
A: My experience of the place was slashed tires by teenagers running everywhere at night, cars egged, stuff on decks destroyed, drug realing everywhere. Management did not care. Cops were always there! They do have new management now, but I would not move back! Make sure the units are done. When we lived there, the units were re-done and construction everywhere. Pepople on our deck early in the morning, steps up to appartment gone one day (had to wait hours to get back in). Water turned off without notice. A lot of strange pepople everywhere. Not safe at all! Got chased by a mentally ill woman who tried to run me and my dog over in her white PT cruiser. Loud parties. People breaking in to the pools in the middle of the night. Stuff stolen etc. Just a very unsafe place to live. I would look around. But it might be better now, but I doubt it. GOOD LUCK!!
