This is probably the worst place to live. My husband & I have been living here for a little more than 1 year. We were promised an apartment and when it was time to move it, it wasn't ready, wasn't clean or painted. We had to go out and rent a carpet cleaner and clean our own apartment. We had to paint our own apartment. Then after we lived here about a month, the roof started to fall in in the master bedroom. That happened in January 2004, and it is still not fixed. Just recently, our slidig glass door started to leak, now because of all the water that has leaked into the walls, there are 2 big cracks & sagging above the sliding glass door. It is only a matter of time before that ceiling caves in.
Another thing, is that if you want to have things on your back patio, you have to "be in good" with the manager otherwise, if you have a chair, or something for your child outside, you'll be surprised with an eviction notice. If you pay rent earily,you get a violation of the lease b/c she is not wanting to take the rent before she is ready. It is really bad. I'd say these apartments are the new "projects" in thi town. It really is sick!
