This company is very difficult to try to deal with. Many of the residents are complete trash, smoking and hanging out in hallways (at all hours of the day and night) is something to expecet. As a non smoker, the smell was so bad in my own apartment I had to ask the smokers to smoke inside their own places, that I didnt want my apartment to smell of smoke. If you called the office to speak with Kathy Voyles, nothing would be done of it. Kathy has no problems telling her customers "oh the economy is so bad, where am I going to find more people to move in." If they want to fill their many open apartments, start my cleaning the place up, update the apartments, don't allow tennants to move into apartments that have had stained up carpets from a tennant that lived their for 8 years in a row. This place makes me sick, I will do all I can to spread the bad word of mouth advertising.
