We moved here over a year ago. I love it here. It is in Rockwood School Dist which is a AAA School Dist for Missouri. My children love it! They have so many friends. It is a park in our backyard. Very quiet! I have only heard one person living in this building and that was because they had a fight in the hallway. Never had any problems with the apartment as far as maintance.

Just wait until you move out--don't spend too much time and effort on trying to get it perfect. I've never heard of them giving a deposit back--oh, and don't forget to give 60 days written notice.

I also agree about them not liking children. It's disgusting they way they treat residents.
