Where do I start' The management is rude and heartless. THe basement leaks...they say they're gonna fix it but never do. I've lost count of the number of wet boxes I've had to throw away, the entire building reekes of mildew!
There is MOLD, Black gunk on the insides of the horrible windows..which leak horribly due to their thin design. No storm windows.

I needed to stay beyond my lease by 5 whole days. Greenmar...or "Greedmar" as I call them..go by the letter of their draconian lease agreement-which would take a Harvard Law Professor to interpret..bottom line: they wanted double daily rent for every day beyond the lease (even after 4 years of being a faithful, reliable tennant) and then the entire month's rent after the 5th day! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CREEPS!

I am a current tenant at Greenmar Apts. and feel that I need to let people looking for an apt., to come here as I reccommend this property to several people myself! The management is very friendly and professional and went out of their way to make my move here as pleasant as possible! The grounds are beautiful and it is close to all highways so any negative review that may appear is probably from a dead beat tenant who doesnt even pay their own rent! It is a wonderful place to live and it is secluded but close to everything!

i have paid my rent every month and i have had so many problems with this apartment complex. We are the quietest attendants that i know for having a ten month old baby. I had the windows open on a nice day and my son was by them playing with his toys and the window slammed shut all by its self and now it wont stay open. What if my son had his fingers there, they would have been smashed and whos fault would they of pinned it on, us most likely. I agree with the other negative review about the basement it is so moldy that it gives me headaches. My fiance was going to throw me a baby shower at the club house mind you i signed the paperwork as a co-occupant i was told i couldnt have my baby shower there because i wasnt the leesse. in the end we ended up having the shower at t he club house after my fiance called and complained. Then when some of the guest got confused on the directions they provided they were rude and unhelpful to the guests in which eight of those guest were close family members. Even though that had happened i had let it slide. Before the party had started went to set upearly and found that they gave me the wrong key and i had to wait till 1 oclock when the party started at 2. we had set-up for about 75 people to show in an hour. The club house was about 95 degrees and couldnt find the air conditioner the windows didnt open there werent any fans and two dead birds lying on the floors the mess from the party before us was not even cleaned up. this is just a few things that i have noticed they make exceptions to the rules. The rules only apply to the tenants they dislike.
