It's really great that the last two reviews for nice, if the management themselves did not write them...however for anyone that is even considering this place. READ THIS FIRST!!!
I have lived there for two years (too long) and I cannot believe that they still have that wacko manager working there! It IS MOST DEFINITELY true that her EX husband whom lived with her and their two children in bldg. ----at that time MURDERED his girlfriend across the hall from them and also it is undergoing an investigation that the manager is being looked at for trying to protect her ex by cleaning up the blood all over and any evidence.I CANNOT believe that the company Mayer Homes who owns this place would have a lunatic working for their company still. How sad, sad for the children, poor things! Also, the maintenance is awful!!!! They only know how to temporarily fix anything and you have to keep calling them out all the time. The place is covered in mold all over and all they ever do is paint over it! Disgusting! The downstairs storage are moldy and dirty all the time. They increase the rent and do nothing at all in return.DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! THINK TWICE! The crimes committed by the office staff should be enough to scare you away not to mention the second even more ghetto half of the property! Good job Mayer Homes for allowing your name to be affiliated with a murder accomplice running your property. If you like to live on a scene from Cops, than move here.

oh and how on earth can you rate the construction so high? The place is crap, have you been there lately? It's falling apart beacuse they don't do maintenence. It may look fine from the outside, but that's it.

Have lived here for one year and cant wait to get out. Mold everywhere. Storage room floods if there is a lot of rain. In winter their are icicles on the inside of the windows. There is water damage on/in the walls because of water and moisture during the winter. Everyone in my building cant wait to move out. I am lucky i only have until the end of this month.

I also cannot wait to get out!!! Few more months! I have a leak that they refuse to fix because it would cost too much money. My windows have had leaks and cracks for years!! The storage locker floods when it rains and there definitely IS MOLD everywhere!! Don't even get me started on the roaches!! Greenmar is not an enjoyable place to live. You will regret signing a lease!!! Don't do it!!!
