apt very small neighbors make too much noise not adequate laundry room that charges too much for inadequate machines windows leak cabinets fall apart parking is minimal trash IE beer containers left out for children to get into small water heater non existant dining area shoddy maintenance from characters out of a bad jeff foxworthy joke. snotty management pool area too noisy all the time with others inposing with portable boom boxes

Not everyone can afford a house, genius!! Unfortunately with companies like greenmar, people get tricked into signing a lease. It's too late when people see what greenmar is really all about!!! Management will committ actual crimes to force you to pay for made up things!! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH GREENMAR!!!!!!!
