Ok don't know where to start! The people who live downstairs leave their 2 teenage girls alone ALL the time. They fight and cuss at each other and at people coming in and out of the building! Management won't do anything about it! Erica one of the leasing agents thinks she is GOD! Her mother lives in the building next to the office and has keys to most of the apartments! She walked into my apartment and was like OH wrong apartment! Called the office only to find out Erica refused to do anything! Our fridge broke down and it took them 12hrs to FINALLY replace it! I lost everything in there and was told by management that it isn't their fault and would not reinburse me for what we lost! There is MOLD in our bathroom and they refuse to do anything about it! Our rent goes up every year and nothing is ever done as far as paint or carpet cleaned! I have lived her over 2 yrs and they don't seem to card as long as you pay your rent on time. AND lord for bid you are LATE on rent! Erica is calling everyday to see when it is going to be paid! If you pay after the 15th the late fee goes up by $50!

Have you noticed how sharply insulting the responses to the negative posts are? I think it's funny that they expect ppl to beleive Erica and Barbie (management) have nothing to do with this! I have pics of the mold in my place.
