First of all, I have lived at Greenmar for two years and I do NOT agree with the negative response! It is a very nice, woodsy atmosphere that is reasonably priced for being in the Rockwood district which is a huge reason I moved here! I was treated very friendly and the manager Barbe that rented to me did an outstanding job and made me feel really welcomed and was completely friendly! I cant speak for the girl Ericca since I have met her just briefly for a minute but it is a nice place to live and they keep the buildings and grounds up and that is ALOT more than I can say for most properties!

The current manager has ruined an already shady place to live. Not to mention she was involved in serious crimes on the property! They also try to back bill residents for made up reasons and then take you to court if you don't pay! Please read all reviews before you rent. The only positive reviews were written by management themselves. How pathetic!!!
