Greenmar Apartments

I moved here with my child after getting a divorce and selling my home in Ballwin. These apartments have an excellent wooded backdrop. They are in the Rockwood school district. They are somewhat small, but reasonably priced. The location is very convenient. The laundry facilities are rather pricey, $2.50 per load. The maintenance staff do poor quality work, but luckily I haven't really needed them. The office staff are rather rude. The contract is confusing in places, and sure to cost you if you miss any portion of the small print. The neighbors are generally quiet, but their cigarette smoke intrudes through my open windows when the weather is nice. Overall, I do think this is a decent place to live. Just try not to interact with the staff any more than necessary, hope you never need anything fixed, and be sure to go through the contract with a fine toothed comb.
