I recently received my bill to vacate that hell hole. I was charged $300 for cleaning which caused my deposit to be forfeited. The Move In / Move Out Report indicated I left the place "dirty." I notified management that when I moved in the apartment had several scuff marks on the walls and was this the same thing. They didn't know but told me that they couldn't give me my deposit. If I pursued they would notify my creditors.

They totally suck. The staff is bunch of lying thieves. They act like they have no clue when it comes to those cleaning "inspections." They do not tell you when the inspection will be (which is a requirement of Missouri Law!) Then you get billed obscene amounts of money for fabricated stories about how items were left dirty. If you rent from this place you will be screwed in every way possible.

Seems like you should have written on your inspection that there was scuff marks. And I dont think you would be charged $300.00 for scuff marks either. You probably left the place dirty.

My girlfriends place was PERFECT..... and they billed her because it was "dirty"!!! Unbelievable! This management is by far the worst I have EVER seen. They are shady and m ake up reasons to bill you above and beyond your rent!!! They are running illegal operations!! They will be under new owners soon. Guaranteed.
