I have lived at here at Greenmar going on 2 years now and I am as happy today with it as I was on my move in day!! The staff has always been extremely helpful and maintenance is on top of things. The office girls are sweet and kind and willing to help out and solve any problems or issues I may have had. The few times that I have had any problems with the apartment one of the maintenance men was here the same day I called to fix it. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!!! I have recommended this community to three people since I have been here and they are as happy as I am. I have read a few of the negative comments on here posted by residents and I highly disagree. GREENMAR IS A GREAT APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR ANYBODY WHO NEEDS A NICE PEACEFUL HOME!!!! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
