I am currently living in Greenmar Apartments. I wish I would have never moved into this place.

First off, their prices are outrageous for the size of the apartment. I can pay $50 more and get almost twice the size.

The staff is the worst though. They tell you one thing, then the next time you ask they tell you another. They've lost a payment I put it and proceeded to charge me a late fee when I've been on time for every month before that. The old lady who ran this place got fired for stealing money from Greenmar and the current lady is pretty bad as well. They're never there when you call. When you go in to talk to them, they have to finish talking with their boyfriends before they can make the time for you.

Lastly, they don't enforce any rules to make this place a nicer place. No smoking in the halls, means NO SMOKING. But that doesn't get enforced. And they are NOISY as well.

Only come to Greenmar if you are desperate for a place and can't find something else.

THey also need to fix the lower tennis court!!!

THE ONLY UPSIDE IS THAT IT'S IN A NICE AREA.
