I have been living at Greenmar for over a year and a half, and it is overpriced for what it is. The apartments are all painted with about 15 coats of cheap paint, the grounds are not well maintained, and the office staff is absolutely horrible to deal with.

This month, they have lost my payment. There is an extremely noisy neighbor, to which the office staff has said, quote "There is nothing we can do about it." This was from ------, the office Manager. The parking is adequate, nothing that great.

In closing, if you want a pain in the --- staff, poorly kept lawns littered with animal droppings, and a low quality of neighbor, Greenmar is the place for you!

Seems like you are not that unhappy since you stayed over a year, maybe you should have moved somewhere else...

Tell me about it. The 15 coats of cheap paint is so true. They will paint over EVERYTHING. Switch covers, mold, door knobs, deadbolts, mold ...you name it! Greenmar is simply a low rate complex with a low rate staff and rip off prices. Management is unethical and they only care about your money or how they are gonna scam you above and beyond your rent. They will har--- you everyday if you are late. The current manager is'nt qualified to run a day care much less a big ghetto. The owners should fire her and at least attempt to try and make it a better place. She is bad news. Be warned people. You will be dealing with extremely shady and greedy management if you go to greenmar..... along with old, moldy, stinking buildings with nonexistent maintenance. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! P.S. The above poster must be a complete moron. Sometimes people are stuck and can't move even if they badly want to!!!
