My dad was a resident of this complex. He live there when he first moved to Fenton in 1997 and after living a few other places in the area he eventually move back there in 2004 and lived there until he died in April 2008. Its a great space for a single person. I did stay with him every other weekend until I was in high school. The only thing he was ever upset about was getting a boat he owned towed from the sopt where the office staff told him he could park it. As long as you dont own more than 2 cars the parking in adequite (sp') and the view in the fall is amazing. The office staff was very professional and extremley helpful in assiting me with the process of moving his things out when he passed. I appreciated them greatly. The apartments are a little out dated but if you want a safe neighbrhood close to decent shopping these will suit you well.
