I have been a resident at Greenmar for quite a while but unfortunately will be moving due to my job. Please know that this is a quite and friendly community with the managment and maintainance staff being one of the best I have dealt with. Any problems that happen to arise were taken care quickly and efficiently. It was also nice to see the managment team keeping such a close eye on the residents and their families well being. I'll greatly miss the community and wish all of you the best.

You were glad they had such a close eye??? They overstep their bounds in so many ways!! I am glad I only have 4 more months to go! They raised my rent every year for 4 years straight!!!
