Greenmar Apartments is absolutely one of the worst places I have ever lived at!Management is very unprofessional and does not take the time out to check on anything other than making sure your rent is paid...It's very obvious to me that the last few reviews were wrote by the management.Greenmar has a non stop turn around on it's tenants and since I have been here has allowed in way to much trash as human beings...Drugs are being sold here!Some tenants have several individuals living with them which take up tenants that pay rent parking spots...Mayer Homes which owns Greenmar Apartments should seriously consider investigating Management(-----)!Fact------'s ex husband,father of her kids did allow him to move in with her and he had an affair with a innocent young woman mother of a 6 yr old daughter.God only knows what happened but this man -----'s ex husband brutally murdered this young woman who lived directly accross from -----'s apartment! So sad but so true!So I say to you,if you are considering renting you might want to look elswhere...Sincerly a prensent tenant until my lease is expired!

Again this comment is false and contains no creditable information. If you would like to discuss any concerns please contact the leasing office. This site is supposed to be used as a way to write an opinion on your personal views of the apartment that you rented. Fact-Greenmar Apartments is a great place to live and will always be!

The manager is lying...a murder occured there, it is public record. Don't bother calling Greenmar if you're unsure...due dilligence will bring forth the truth. The fact is that Greenmar apartments should be blighted by the city/county and have more houses built there. Not only are the residents unsafe to be around, the buildings themselves are decrepit, full of mold, and cracking up from the foundation.

The innocent young woman of the 5 year old daughter DID NOT have an affair with her brutal killer. Get your story straight before you shoot off your false opinions. I am the person who posted the comment about my dad living at Greenmar several times before he died. I think I posted it in Oct 08. Anyway, after reading more of these reviews I feel obligated to state a fact of my own! MURDER HAPPENS EVERWHERE! Yes, someone was killed in an inhumae way in her apartment. I remember my dad emailing me the article, I remember him telling me about watching everything while sitting on the tailgate of his truck. Im sure that anyone who is really interested in moving here will Google it and clearly find it. So therefor I state again, captian obvious: murder happens everywhere! This time it was just in your neighborhood! Quit pitching a damn fit about it. No matter how mad you are at managment, the victim was human and did have a daughter. If you dont have the decency (sp?) within yourself to respect at least that much of said victim, I'm sure the management, some current tenants, and maybe whatever the company is who owns greenmar dont want such classless, disrespectful, uncompassionate trash such as yourself living there anyway! PS You may want to move to an island where your the only living human. That may be the only way to avoid murders in your neighborhood/hut!

I remember the murder!Greenmars manager -----'s own ex husband was having an affair with a young resident! I remember this well!! He beat the poor girl to death and ----- is STILL being investigated! Great manager!!!! I feel sorry for all little bastards she has running around!! Poor kids!! If it weren't for ----- bringing a killer into the building, that poor young woman would be alive today and her son would have a mommy!! It's unbelievable that the owner allows ----- to remain as manager. It's no secret that she ruined greenmar with her holier than though power hungry ways. Bring Barbie back!! Get rid of the fat hoosier!
