Have lived here for one year and cant wait to get out. Mold everywhere. Storage room floods if there is a lot of rain. In winter their are icicles on the inside of the windows. There is water damage on/in the walls because of water and moisture during the winter. Everyone in my building cant wait to move out. I am lucky I only have until the end of this month. We were very disappointed to find out that management and maintenance knew that ours and a neighbors storage rooms flooded during rain and we were not told. Several things were ruined because of it.

On a good note the girls in the office are very friendly and I will miss them when we move out. Response time for repairs was excellent. The area for the apartments is great.

The apartment is just not worth it.

Yes, two of the girl in the office are nice.... the manager is NOT. I hope that the manager gets fired and one of the other girls gets the job. Things will be much better around greenmar.
