These comments are way off the wall. I have been here for appx. 11 years and never had any problems!! I even live in the basement apt. Never had any icicles on my windows or any mold anywhere. I don't know what these people are talking about. I asked to have something fixed and they are there that very day and it is fixed. As far as the manager goes, how does anyone know that they are involved with a psycho until something horrible happens''' If we knew that beforehand we most likely would not be with that person. Give the girl a break - her and their children have been thru a devastating tragedy. And how stupid are you - if this women was being investigated for helping clean up the blood - why is she still at Greenmar'' Why does she still have her job' Why isn't she in jail''' Your statement about this person is utterly stupid and uncalled for. Get the facts staight before you start judging and talking out your ass!!!!!

It's obvious this post was made by the manager! I can confirm mold in the storage lockers and apartments and ice on the windows!! Greenmar is a dump and you will SURELY regret signing a lease!!! Don't do it!!! The manager is crazy and will lie just to charge back rent because they need money!!! They are broke and scsmming residents to get extra cash!!! It's a miracle that the manager is allowed to keep her job!!!
