Do NOT sign a lease with Greenmar!! They will try to "back bill" you for numerous made up reasons!! Then they will take you to court because you are suddenly $900 behind in rent!!! It's happened to two people I know! Greenmar use to be a good place to live until the current manager ----- was hired. You will have to ask for 2 weeks- 6 months to get any repairs done that would cost significant cash. The place was infested with roaches and spiders and they refused to spray. When I lived there...I had cracked windows and a leaky AC for years. They refused to fix things and will also try to blame tenants for broken or worn out items. You will NEVER get your deposit back either. My apartment was PERFECT and I had to sue them to get my deposit back!!! Make sure you take pictures and video when moving out!!! They also made up so many rules it was nuts!! I heard they are broke and now they are charging tenants to swim in the tiny crappy pool!!! Unbelievable!!! Plan on putting a leash on your kids too. Management does not tolerate children playing outside very well!! One family was evicted because their little boy and a little spot of grass worn down where he played with his trucks in the grass. The billed his mom $375 to throw grass seed on a 3ftX3ft section of grass. That's the kind of place greenmar apartments is!! It is NOT a good place to live!!!! There is alot of drugs too! There is so much better around Fenton!!!! Don't rent here or YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

P.S. Also....----------------- was involved with a ------ on the property!!! Her ex husband killed a tenant with whom he was --------------- and she was investigated because she helped clean up the blood!!!!! That's the caliber ------------- you are dealing with at greenmar!!

Apartment Ratings should not allow the same person to continue to post their opinions over and over again. You can obviously see that this is a disgruntled resident who does not pay their rent or does not pay on time and does not have their facts straight. As the manager for Greenmar Apartments we have lots of happy resident's that have lived here for years and previous resident's that continue to come back because nothing compares! We have great prices and were conveniently located in the heart of Fenton! It's unfortunate that someone continues to abuse this website.

----------------- has alot of nerve thinking it is the same person writing these reviews, guess what?! Its not!! There are ALOT of us that cannot stand you and think you hava alot of nerve along with the owners to have you still employed there when you helped ------ a poor girl there with your exhusband and the daughter attends school with her kids! poor poor kids of hers! What a loser!!! You should be fired!
