I think everyone needs to get together and sue the place! I lived there and got really sick from the mold. Once we moved out I was fine but still have allergies to mold. It is not worth living there for the school either. Bowles is a joke and the worse elem. school in fenton. It has a bad rap even up to the high school for just passing people, not doing what they should and in general clicky brats. Anyone who lives there is just nuts! What gets me so mad is that with all of this the health department won't due anything! I say plow the place down! YUCK,YUCK,Yuck!! Oh- and the manger is involved in a police investigation, people believe she knew and tried to cover up the murder that happened there. i really feel sorry for her kid's!!!

Oh PLEASE!!! There are plenty of "major roadways of Fenton." Look at Polo Downs, right next to the Bluff and an even better school district. Also mold is dangerous!!! A " little soap and water" There should NOT be BLACK mold in your apartment!!

"Greenmar is located within a great school district. Bowles Ave is a major roadway of Fenton. These are items you, yourself were capable of discovering. You're not being fair in your judgments. Lastly, mold is a natural state. A little soap and water generally works to remove it."
The manager that wrote this is an idiot. She is trying to tell us how to get rid of THEIR problem!!
Bowles is NOT a major roadway either!! Bowles is about 3 miles long from start to finish!!
