the apartments are spacious, but the neighborhood isn't great. we have had our cars broken into several times and had a neighbor who had her car stolen at gunpoint in our front yard. the property manager is VERY RUDE. she tries to intimidate you if you make any complaints. maintenance is very nice and efficient, but again, you have to deal with the property manager first. they offer very little parking, if you have more than 2 cars (including visitors) you have to park on the street, even if there are open spaces, or else they will tow your car. the pet fees are high, the parking space fees are high, and the late fees are outrageous even if you've never been late before. they basically try to get extra money from you any way they can. (i.e. by making you pay water/sewer, by charging a lot for an extra parking spot) they are constantly sending out memos to the entire complex demanding you do this or that or else they will evict you, or tow your car, or whatever.

we're moving out as soon as we can. its an ok place, but NOT worth the money.

Unfortunately, I do agree with the above tenant. I have had my automobile stolen at the Knolls. I have been here over three years and have requested my townhome to be painted. I was told that I would have to paint it myself. As much as I pay you would think I could have my townhome painted.

We don't tell a person they have to paint their own apartment, we will paint it for you but most people want just touch up and want to do it themselves. We tell them if they want the entire unit painted they would have to move things around and nobody wants to do that because they have so much in their unit. So if you want your entire unit done just let me know and it can get done.
