Give Themselves Too Much Credit

The staff is average. Apartment problems do get fixed, but you might have to wait for days. When things do get fixed, Aspen Woods gives themselves too much credit for something that they're supposed to do.
On one occasion, someone snuck into my patio and hid in the shadows until a family member screamed. I wonder how that perpetrator entered the apartment grounds considering this is a gated community'
As for security guards, some of them don't even care who enters the apartment grounds. One black, female gate guard wasn't even doing her job! She let the arm gate up and let everyone in while she was watching TV. Pathetic!
Also, the apartment is 30 yrs. old, so don't expect anything new in your apartment.
