I lived here for about 2 years when my wife and I had to move out due to personal reasons. Floor plans give a decent amount of space but the apartments are old and are falling apart. Hope you don't have anything break because it takes a miracle for someone to come out and look at the problem let alone actually fix it. You have to repeatedly call the office and report problems because the office staff changes and don't bother to write anything down. If you have pets you might as well kiss your pet deposit goodbye because they replace the carpet no matter what and tell you its for excessive urine stains. I'm sorry but when my animals were only allowed in certain rooms and we walked where they did I would have noticed a wet spot. Parking varies depending on where you are located. The only good spot is all the way in the back otherwise you're lucky to get a spot anywhere up front or in the middle of the complex. Pool is decent enough but forget tennis. It took them over a month to get the net up and then only one of them and it was falling apart. Not to mention the big cracks on the court with grass growing in them. It is supposedly a gated community but the front gate security guards just let whoever come in. I had friends come over and they were never asked where or who they were going to see. The side gate to access the shopping center didn't have a guard posted there because you had to have a card to get in but it was constantly being broken off by people. There is a mix of people living there. Some are truly nice individuals, and some are downright rude. Before you come here, find out where your unit is and drive around, speak to neighbors before you sign that lease otherwise you may find yourself living next to a yelling and screaming couple who never pay attention to their screaming children, a booming stereo single who like to target shoot cans off his balcony and walk through cloud of drug smoke in the hallway when you come home from work. Granted you could call the office about the above neighbors but then someone in the office would actually have to be there when you get home which was rare because they liked to close early or write your complaint down which again would require you to call again and again. The only thing good about this place is how it looks on the outside. Bottomline - if this type of stuff doesn't bother you, theres plenty of other communities around that charge a lot less for the same type living. If you don't like having to deal with this type of stuff then I suggest someplace else.
