I can't wait until my lease is up this month. The problems started from the beginning of the lease in 2004. From malfunctioning shower, worn tub, and ancient kitchen cabinetry, to sewage backup in basement every season, you name it, it probably happened here. Things break down all the time, but when you can't get them resolved in as timely a manner as they want their outrageous rent payments, that is when we have a problem. Why did I stay this long, you ask' Well, it really was a nice and pleasant environment the first year, walk to shopping, and I considered it a safe place for my son to play outside without worries. Now the place has been taken over by teenagers with nothing else constructive to do, an ever changing management company, shorthanded maintenance team, and a lady who knocks on your door on the 6th of the month if you are running late on your rent. I moved out of these townhomes about 3-4 years ago when I came home and caught maintenance sitting on my sofa, eating a sandwich and watching my tv. That was a bit over the top for me. Talked to a neighbor and he realized that half of his cd cases on his entertainment stand were empty and "Someone" was taking the discs out of the cases while he wasn't home!! GL
