Been here almost four years as a teen into adulthood. Maintenance is incredibly poor, it takes an average of five days for any maintenance call and only emergency maintenance calls are somewhat instant.
There's a back way. You used to be able to scan a card to drive through it. Now it's been chained off and 'teens' have been attributed to the cause. Nice try, but it's people alot older, often vandals that don't visit the community. There was talk of security going around at night, I haven't seen anyone yet.
There is a curfew but it's a joke, since most people out after ten are over 18 anyway.
Insulation is pathetic. The sliding patio door often gets jammed and is guaranteed to have air blowing in from the bottom. We've told maintenance dozens of times about this to no avail.
In the Spring and Winter, there is an influx of roaches into the house, tons of spiders in the basement. The basement window floods if the plastic covering is broken. The basement window in the utility room ALWAYS floods into the basement, giving the carpet a gross moldy smell. We've told maintenance dozens of times, they've claimed to fix it but it's still broken.
Window screens fall out easily and they don't replace them. Terrible default glossless paint when you first move in. The air conditioning pipes come from the basement, so the scents do as well.
In all honesty, the problems grew over the years. But, since rent is over 1000 dollars now, it's not worth. Plus, you have to pay for sewage.

Thanks very much helpful.... and I have driven through there! Too many children hanging out and I can't imagine paying for water usage!!!
