We would not recommend this place to anyone. Vehicle Theft on the rise, only one entrance off of a main intersection (Halls Ferry and Lindbergh, and it's horrible to enter and exit because the have gate check-in (waste of money) and not only that it's a death trap awaiting to happen especially during peak hours and the weekend. Charge for Water usage (received water bill in our name without advanced notification), Kids play all over the place and many of them or teenagers that look scary as heck and there have been fights. No parental guidance or office management guidance control. If you request them to replace worn out carpet, worn out binds, broken facets or any type of up keep after 5 years of renting they will not! They only glamour up the front of the rental office, glass in front of the other places is horrible, children playing everywhere, teenagers out too late, people littering and the children littering as well. The facilities used to be nice until company and management/rental office changes came about. Have to mention the dirty pool and the unbalanced of chemicals, no lifeguard pool should be closed). The rent is too pricey. My wife and I decided we had enough and moved earlier this year for the safety of our children and so they could enjoyn't enjoy going outside again. No recommendation's here, just horrible
