After moving into Delrado apartments, I found that the noise level was real problem. You can hear other tenants cough it's that bad. Not to mention the fact that I found out AFTER moving in the complex, there was a registered sex offender living right beside the playgrounds onsite.

I would NOT recommed this complex to anyone.

Afetr my experience i would also agree the owner of this property needs to resolve alot of the issues.
