I moved here in 2005 and don't plan to move anytime soon. I have never once had a problem with safety or the staff. I have had a couple bad neighbors but that's not the apartments fault. It was just the people. My maintence request have always been fixed within 24 hours and most of the time within 2 hours. People seem to mind the "quiet hours" of 10pm-5am. Anytime I have seen any "shady" people the management had it taken care of immedietley. The people in the town-houses are questionable, but everyone else in the 1 and 2 apartments seem great. Sometimes, the parking lots get pot holes but again, management takes care of them in a reasonable period of time.
