I came by to look at your apartments, and asked the leasing manager if I could use the bathroom. It was downright filty. If you are trying to impress your buyers, you did a terrible job. This was definately a turnoff.

Have you ever thought it was a private bathroom and you are the one who probably trashed it. Use your own bathroom next time. I have lived here several years and have never had a problem with anything!!
