This townhome solved many problems I was having at the time I moved in. It's a 1330 square foot tri-level townhome with many nice features. It comes standard with dishwasher, oven/range, garbage disposal, central a/c/heat. A deck off the main floor overlooking a very nice "back yard", the size of a football field is a nice touch, especially since I have small kids. There is also a porch off the lower level. Both of these are accessable through their own sliding glass door that has extra security built in. Cable (Charter)/Satellite/High Speed Internet available(SWB DSL or Charter Pipeline), pets ok w/deposit. Nice kitchen, but small. Lots of storage room. Basement has large 19' X 9' storage area which is also the utility/HVAC area. Large closet beneath basement steps. Fully carpeted except for front hall, downstairs bathroom and kitchen. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Master bedroom is very large, can accomodate a queen bed and a futon as well as additional furniture. Master also has side by side full closets with lots of room for clothes storage. Secondary bedroom is smaller but has nice walk-in closet. I am able to sleep 6 comfortably in this apartment. Downsides: Parking has been a problem, space in front of my apartment was originally slated for me only and had my apartment number painted on the parking spot barrier. Management removed the apartment numbers on the parking spots due to problems with tenants arguing about it. Same problem still exists but now is worse because technically anyone can park in my spot but if I complain to management, they will have the car towed...confusing. Management doesn't always respond quickly to maintenance requests. They are trying. One bone I have to pick with them is that they offered me 48 hours from move-in to write down a list of things that I felt needed to be repaired and they didn't do anything with it for months and finally told me that they "lost" it. Complex is supposed to be a "gated" community but the electronic security gates are not functioning and are open all the time. No security guard is present.
