1. The management treats tenants like they should be grateful to be there. The manager is rude and arrogant. She likes to use scare tactics on tenants by constantly threatening legal action. She has actually yelled at me and when I asked for the corporate office phone number to complain she changed her tune.

2. I have been here less than a year and sewage has backed up into my apartment lower level 3 times already. Each time the backup is bad enough to flood the entire basement including the carpeted areas. The first two times no one ever showed up to remove the water and sewage from our carpet, we did it ourselves.

3. Although the apartment looks nice, be prepared to do a lot of weather-proofing. Even after placing plastic over the windows, the draft is unbelievable. I can see daylight between the front door and the doorway when its shut. We stuff newspaper between the cracks to keep the air out.

4. The security gate at the entrance works sometimes. The road into the complex is in bad need of repairs. The playground equipment looks rusted and too dangerous for children. The tennis court has weeds growing up through the cracks.

5. The apartment has a deadbolt lock but no key entry lock on the bottom knob. They charge you to add a key entry lock.

6. Its extremely over priced for the lack of respect the tenants receive, the behavior of the management and the condition of the apartments. Unfortunately, like everyone else, I was taken in by first appearances.

I definitely do not plan to recommend this community to anyone I know.
