I have been living here since the end of 2004 when I came to apply of course I was pleased with the outside. All of the units are not the same at all.. Anyway I was in a hurry to move but I know next time to stay put save and "BUY"! I have birds flapping inside the fan of my stove which is scary and also I have a rocking toilet that has never been bolted down. My patio doors let off a wonderful breeze (why open it)... The draft is greater than the football pick. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I never lived at an apt where the sewer and water is a separate bill. That really wa sa shock to me. Amazing every month it is $29.00 bucks worth of flusing and bathing. The leasing team is great my favorite person is Ruby.... she is great!
