Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006
I have been living in Heatherton for about the last 8 years and when i first moved in it was one of the best apartment complex in North County. I seen management change numerous times with each change getting worst. The are letting any and everything move in. If I had to guess it won't be long before these apartsment become section 8 (not far from it now). Not trying to belittle anyone but let be for real we knows what happens if that occurs. I would not recommend these apartsments to anyone. Maintenance and management is a joke. I am planning my escape now. As i stated earlier I have been a tenant for over 8 years so I could complain for days but I wont. I will end it with don't move to Heaterton. !!!Trust ME!!!
