I was only in the apartment for about a few days when I came out to the parking lot and my car was broken into. I went to the office the next day and told the rude lady that worked there about what happened....and she started saying...well you're not getting out of your lease! Then she proceeded to say well my car has gotten broken into too...like that makes things better. The maintenance worker was in the office and saw how ignorant she was acting. My family and I was just trying to voice our concerns and she didn't care...and to make things worse, she threaten to call the cops on us...the maintenance guy just told her to call the office manager b/c he saw how stupid she was being about the situation. We ended up breaking our lease and paid the money because it wasn't worth it. So take my word for it...stay away! I hope that maintenance guy is in management now!

my daughter in law moved over in heatherton and it wasn't a week she was there her car got broken into...then she yelled at the guys that were in her car and they started shooting at her...they shot the building up...when she went to the office the next day they had a nasty attitude like she was responsible for this action...they told her that nothing like that ever happened in the complex....needless to say it has happened...the family that lived under her, their car was broken into..he went on to say that another lady was car jacked in broad day light...another person in the same building got her apt broken into...the lighting on the back side where the apts are doesn't have enough lighting back there so thats a problem all together...the whole office staff is unprofessional...and you dont know who is over the complex to let them know how the apts are ran....so sad...they are such nice apts.....
