I just came across this comment while in the process of looking for the owner of this apartment complex because I'm having the same problem and I have not been able to get the situation resolved by just dealing with the property manager so I feel its time for me to go above her.

You won't find the owners because they are from out of town. I tried and tried and only met them one time and thats because everybody in the leasing office quit so they came from where ever until they hired the staff thats there now!

Sorry that people are going through the same problems as I was all the info I received that I can provide to help is he owner lives in Chicago his name is------------and the Regional Manager is----------- from Indiana her last name did change after she got married last year she goes by Tammy also. The company is under a 814 Development Grp LLC

IT IS SO FUNNY HOW PEOPLE FIND EVERY LITTLE THING AND MAKE IT OUT TO BE SOMETHING BIG.SINCE I'VE BEING A RESIDENT HERE I SEEN IT ALL GOOD BAD AND THE UGLY. HEATHERTON ESTATES THE LAST STAFF THAT WAS HERE WHERE LET GO DO TO DRUGS INCLUDING -------THE OLD ASSISTANT MANAGER. SO ALOT OF THE THINGS THAT I WAS PROMISED IN MY UNIT WHERE NEVER DONE. SHE TOLD US THINGS JUST TO KEEP US QUIET. I LIKE IT HERE I DO WISH THEY MAYBE SCREEN THE RESIDENT A LIITLE HARDER.

I'm still a resident at Heatherton and I knew the manager's who's name was posted on this site before it was removed and I strongly disagree. Actually I don't hold her accountable for the property problems I feel that she was the only one that helped if she could O knew she had no pull with the regional manager she told me it was the manager I needed to talk to so I have to disagree with the comment, that girl actually was really real in situations that arose at the complex she told me and others what was really real BEFORE SHE AND THE OTHERS QUIT. I know she wasn't on drugs for the simple fact her new job which I heard is very prestigious at a reputable company which is in the insurance industry and we all know that the healthcare industry screens all of there employees well. I too believe someone that works in the office is trying to tear down her reputation to give people something to talk about. I think instead of the managers making comments and trying to slander someones reputation they need to get this property running efficiently. Heathertons staff needs some priority and time management skills. I guess I will go over to the office more now that I know they have time just to waist. I hope these comments prompt them to get themselves together.

I have not been able to get anything resolved with the property manager either & all I get is an email address for the regional manager who owns this?
