I live in the townhomes and they are a great deal. Maintenance is top notch. They are quick on major and minor issues. Amanda is the gem of the staff, but they have all been good to work with. The minor issues are some loud neighbors and the bugs. In the summer there are crickets and water bugs, most likely due to the complex's proximity to the creek. But it has been an overall good experience!!!
