If you like your apartment to smell smokey because the smoke from other apartments gets into yours then this is the place for you. And if you like to come home to find that you have to park a mile away because there are no parking spots close to your building then this is definately the place for you. I can't count how many times the power went out or the amount of times we had water main breaks. So if all that sounds good-then this is where you need to be!
The leasing staff is better than it used to be. I would caution people to be at their apartment, if possible, when calling in an issue. Once when I called about a kitchen sink issue and found muddy footprints in my bathroom. When I called the leasing office I got many apologies but no answers as to why this would have happened especially since there was no water main break and no explanation as to why maintanance would have needed access to my bathroom for a kitchen sink issue. I just made sure I was there for other issues so as to avoid this situation.
