I have lived at Kensington now going on 4 years.

I have found that Management is very nice to deal with and if there is a problem they are not afraid to handle it.

Over the last year or so the noise in the complex has gotten out of hand. Management deals with it and the problem goes away for a couple of weeks and then comes back.

Parking is real bad.
