Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I am moving to a 2 bd 2 bath its huge 1050 square feet.. b4 that i lived in a 2 bd 1 bth since 2007 and i have not had any problems. SARAH, AMANDA, MELISSA, AND SANDY ARE GREAT!!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN A ROACH OR WATER BUG IN MY APARTMENT. Sometimes yes i see spiders but thats like what once a month if that much. Whne i 1st moved in i saw a few dead spider crickets things but i never really see that now.. in the summer time, i do see waterbugs outside by the front door but strange thing is i live on the 1st floor by the door and i never ever have seen one in my apartment. its really affordable here i have to admit. i wish some of the units had washer and dryer hook-ups.. I have a a great expierence and will continue to live here until i can afford a house. Everyone has their own expierence but i have not had any problems at all.. You call to have thme fix a problem and its handled that same day!/
