I have lived here for almost 5 years and i loveeeee it...Grant it about 2 years ago they had some issues with with noise but once management was informed they took all steps possible and told the people to leave... they are not ones to shy away from dealing with an issue most of them live here so they want the place to be just as nice...the pools are never really crowded which is a plus because i loveeee to go swimming...as far as bugs go i have never really seen any...i saw a waterbug once or twice but that was when we had the big rains...and as far as the people going on about the age of the complex it has been here for a long time my parents lived here in the 70's and for the age they have kept it up nicely..and i will take my safety or updates anyday...the staff knows your name as soon as you walk in the door they really do care about their tenants..the maintenance guys are great!! they are fast to fix things and really friendly i have struck up many conversations with them and they are really sweet guys...so if your looking for a place that is safe and friendly and a place u feel confy to call your own i say come on by and see for yourself..
