I have lived here for almost seven years, its a very nice community! There are many positive changes. The community is well kept. The outside of the apartments are nice along with the inside. Recently the outside was painted and it makes a big difference. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever there is a problem they will take care of it immediately. I had a noisy neighbor once and I reported to the office shortly after that it was resolved. Of course apartment living isn't like owning your own home. But they certainly make every effort to correct any problems, even if something after hours and they were not aware of. There is a lot of nice things happening since new management has taken over. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a nice affordable apartment in North County. I Love it here!!!!
