I really love Paddock Village. They have really huge apartments and patios. The only thing I would say to avoid is the first floor apartments. There was flooding almost everytime it rained when we had one on the first floor. We asked the LandLord could we move on a second or third floor so that we wouldn't have that problem and he let us move. We got an apartment on the second floor and it is so beautiful. I love it. There is not too much noise and the matience men make sure everything is working. I think they do a really good job of making there tennants happy. My husband and I have to move when our lease is up though because the rent has went up sky high. I really don't want to move but we pay to many bills there, light, gas, renters insurance and water sewer. That's too much! But If we were ballers then Paddock would be my forever home until we move into a house.
