We have lived here for almost a year now and I can't say enough wonderful things about this place ! Maintenance(James and all of them) is very good about getting to your maintenance requests within 24 hours (usually on the same day). The grounds are nice and they have a stocked lake. The sound proofing between the units are great. We never hear a thing even though I know there are small kids in our section. This place is better insulted than our house was! There is plenty of parking all around on each side of the unit. I have heard horror stories about other places and I thought you would like to hear of a postive place to live!!
