I have been staying in Pelican Cove since Sept.2005. I love it!!! The staff at the leasing office is amazing they are so nice and helpful. This is a wonderful Community very quite and hidden. But NICE!. I thought it was too expensive but it wasnt when they have Great Specials. This community is kept very clean by the service staff there and I love it. Im so used to moving from apartment to apartment for a lifestyle change.But Im really considering renewing my lease.
