We never had a whole lot of problems here, except when the AC quit on us during the hottest part of the year.Recommendation: do not rent a apt with a vaulted ceiling...you are just wasting money trying to cool/heat all that extra space. Watch out for spiders, which seem to enjoy rent free facilities. They stopped spraying for bugs for some reason. Also, I though Florissant had rules against having exotic pets in homes/apts. Some joker has a boa constrictor in his place, and I think he's got a raccoon or something like that...somebody ought to check on that. Also, apparently there are not rules against people taking up more than one space with their vehicle. Some people like to park sideways in these spaces, for petes sake. Nobody does nothing about it.
