This place is terrible. Their staff is irresponsive. You can call, leave 20 messages and you will be lucky if you get a call back even after that. They take forever to fix anything on the grounds that needs fixing. The apartment we moved into smelled. Their billing and mailing system does not work well either -- I had a few months where my statements for rent were wrong. -- I don't recommened this apartment at all. We had to have some things fixed in our apartment. It took 3 weeks for them to show up. 3 weeks! When we first moved in there were piles of wood with nails sticking out in our building. It took months for them to move them. They forgot our appointment and forgot to move the wood! They are going to lose lots of customers. They may bait you with cheap rates, but you will regret the service you will get. Also, you are lucky if you get your security deposit back. Talk about unprofessional. Just move anywhere else! Seriously!
